How to Submit a Return or Refund Request

Contact us at supportwhocorp@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the issue where relevant. We aim to process all requests within 7 working days. If your request is approved, we'll provide the correct return address and instructions. Returns sent without prior confirmation will not be accepted.

Condition of Returned Items

All returned items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed. We do not accept worn, stained, damaged, or altered items.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, the amount will be returned to the original payment method in the currency used at the time of purchase.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled and fully refunded while in "In Review" status. Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

Lost Packages

Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
